Weekly check ins and ongoing support throughout the week via the app (goal setting, reviewing the week) Each fortnight we will catch up for 30 minutes either in person (at the PT studio) or via video call.

Online Nutrition Tracking + Training $75 per week

Online Nutrition support via a meal planner on google sheets (or via the app). Access to the app with your own log in and personalised training program (updated regularly in phases). Weekly check ins, feedback and support. We will review the week and make goals for the next week. Each fortnight we will catch up for 30 minutes either in person (at the PT studio) or via video call.

Online Training + Weekly in Person PT Session $110 per week

Includes everything from the online training and nutrition package with the addition of a weekly 1 on 1 PT session. Ideal for anyone who wants the accountability of a weekly in-person training session but also wants the support and accountability to continue outside of this session. We stay in contact for the remainder of the week via the app to make sure your program and nutrition is staying on track.
